What is Microsoft adCenter?
This is the advertisement center of Microsoft. This was previously known as the ad center. This can be used for bid-based advertisements targeted through search engines like Bing and Yahoo, as well as their associated websites. It allows demographic advertising by age, location, or even profession through LinkedIn alongside keyword bidding and extensive marketing analysis. Advertisers are allowed to set up audience-based advertisements, shopping, and search campaigns with deep retargeting features. With Microsoft’s ecosystem, advert integration is done seamlessly, which helps better device tracking and lower CPC when compared to competitors. Microsoft is the second biggest provider of search advertising in the US, alongside Google.
Some examples of campaigning under Microsoft would be bidding against “office software offers” in Bing searches, hosting product advertisements through Mercun, and targeting professionals through LinkedIn using industry segments.
