What is Day Parting?

Parting By Day, as defined, limits the display of ads to certain hours or days of the week. With the control of ad windows, the budget can be spent only when target users are active or saved when traffic is low. While most such work needs manual adjustments, Google Ads allows fully automated day-parting.

Some examples of Day Parting include pausing ads from 11 AM to 2 PM every Tuesday, increasing bid prices during peak engagement evening hours, or only running special weekend promotions during Saturday and Sunday.
